Seasons Women Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Seasons Women mobile application, website, events marketplace, community features, content, products, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, purchasing a ticket, creating an event, or otherwise using Seasons Women, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Seasons Women

Seasons Women is a community platform designed to help women connect with other women, discover communities and Circles, access resources and experiences, and discover or participate in events. Certain users, businesses, experts, organizations, and other third parties may also create events and offer tickets or experiences through the Platform. Unless Seasons Women is expressly identified as the organizer or Host, third-party events are organized and operated by independent Hosts.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age requirement displayed by Seasons and applicable law to create an account. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity occurring through your account.

3. Community Features

Seasons may provide profiles, Circles, messaging, comments, event participation, community discussions, recommendations, and other interactive functionality. Users must interact respectfully and comply with the Seasons Women Community Guidelines. Seasons may moderate, restrict, remove, or disable content or accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce policies, protect users, comply with law, or maintain Platform safety and integrity.

4. User Content

Users may submit profiles, photographs, posts, comments, messages, event information, reviews, and other content. Users retain ownership of their content. By submitting content, users grant Seasons a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, and promote the Platform, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Users represent that they have the right to submit the content they provide.

5. Events

Some events are organized directly by Seasons; others are created and operated by independent Hosts. Unless Seasons is expressly identified as the Host, the Host is responsible for operating the event, providing accurate information, maintaining appropriate permits or insurance where applicable, and delivering the event as described.

6. Ticket Purchases

Tickets may be purchased through the Platform. Before completing a transaction, users will be shown the ticket price and applicable fees or charges. By purchasing a ticket, the user authorizes the applicable payment processor to charge the selected payment method.

7. Event Cancellations and Refunds

Ticket purchases are subject to the Seasons Women Event Cancellation & Refund Policy and any additional refund terms clearly disclosed for the particular event. If a Host cancels an event, attendees who purchased tickets through Seasons are entitled to the refund required under that policy and applicable law. Hosts are financially responsible for required refunds resulting from Host cancellations.

8. Subscriptions

Certain Seasons features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing frequency, included features, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be presented before purchase. If subscriptions automatically renew, applicable renewal terms will be disclosed before purchase as required by law and the applicable app store or payment provider.

9. Health and Wellness Content

Seasons may include conversations, resources, events, experts, or community content relating to wellness, fertility, pregnancy, motherhood, relationships, mental well-being, loss, or other life experiences. Unless specifically stated otherwise, Seasons does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, or individualized medical advice. Content is intended for informational and community purposes and should not replace advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

10. Third-Party Experts and Businesses

Experts, businesses, Hosts, vendors, and other professionals appearing on Seasons may be independent third parties. Unless specifically stated otherwise, their presence on Seasons does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of their qualifications, services, advice, products, or results.

11. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not use Seasons for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, threats, impersonation, unauthorized commercial solicitation, intellectual-property infringement, discriminatory conduct prohibited by law, or activity creating a material safety risk. Users may not compromise Platform security, improperly access another account or data, scrape without authorization, distribute malware, or interfere with Platform operation.

12. Intellectual Property

The Seasons Women name, branding, logos, Platform design, software, and original Seasons content are owned by or licensed to Seasons and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

13. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with payment processors, analytics providers, hosting providers, social platforms, mapping services, and other third-party services. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

14. Account Suspension and Termination

Seasons may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary because of material or repeated violations, fraud, safety concerns, unlawful activity, or misuse of the Platform.

15. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided on an 'as available' basis. Seasons does not guarantee that every connection, event, Host, community, recommendation, or third-party service will meet a user's expectations. Nothing excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Seasons will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform or participation in a third-party event. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

17. Changes to These Terms

Seasons may update these Terms as the Platform evolves or legal requirements change. Where required, notice of material changes will be provided.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law and, to the extent legally permissible, the laws of the State of Michigan.
